Here is the cake I made for my good friends daughter. She turned 8 this month. She really loved the cake and I had fun making it.

- I LOVE to bake. It's my passion. You name it, I will try to bake it. My favorites though are making cookies and decorating cakes. I am just an amateur but I have fun and have received a few compliments here and there so I keep doing it. Hopefully they aren't lying to me. hehe I also play softball, love to hang out with my friends and family, I'm a Harry Potter fanatic and work like a fiend for the post office.
